Our Services
At Durare Physical Therapy, I provide individualized care designed to help you recover, perform, and thrive. Whether through telehealth, in-person sessions, or ongoing wellness check-ins, my approach combines evidence-based physical therapy with a holistic focus on your overall health. From treating overuse injuries and guiding safe return-to-sport, to building strength, improving movement, and addressing nutrition, hydration, and lifestyle balance, every plan is tailored to meet you where you are and support your long-term goals. My goal is to keep you active, resilient, and confident in doing the things you love.
Durare Telehealth PT
Telehealth Physical Therapy is available to patients located in Wisconsin. Through a secure video call, I’ll complete a thorough evaluation that takes a holistic look at your health, listening carefully to your history, concerns, and overall wellness. I’ll guide you through specific movements to assess strength, mobility, and any limitations, then design safe, effective, and research-based interventions tailored to your needs. Even in a virtual setting, you can expect high-quality, hands-on guidance and strategies that empower you to take an active role in your recovery. My clinical judgment also allows me to recognize when your condition may require further medical evaluation, ensuring you receive the right level of care at the right time.
Durare Wellness
Wellness sessions are designed for anyone who wants to stay active, functional, and ahead of potential injuries. These regular check-ins provide an opportunity to work with a physical therapist even when you’re not recovering from a specific injury. Together, we’ll focus on maintaining mobility, strength, balance, and overall resilience so you can continue doing the activities you love with confidence. Wellness visits may include individualized exercise progressions, movement screenings to catch early signs of imbalance, education on posture and body mechanics, and strategies to optimize recovery between workouts. We’ll also discuss lifestyle factors such as nutrition, hydration, stress management, and sleep, creating a holistic plan that supports your long-term health. Think of this as a proactive investment in your body, ensuring you’re doing everything possible to move well, prevent injury, and maintain independence at every stage of life.
These wellness visits are non-covered, cash-based services focused on proactive health and are not a replacement for medically necessary physical therapy.
Durare Endurance
I specialize in helping endurance athletes overcome overuse injuries and develop the strength and movement strategies needed to stay healthy long term. My approach goes beyond rehab, I take into account your nutrition, hydration, training schedule, and overall life balance to make sure your plan is both effective and sustainable. Whether it’s analyzing running form, identifying compensations, or fine-tuning your training, I provide individualized guidance to support your performance, recovery, and resilience so you can keep moving toward your goals
Durare In Person PT
I also offer in-person services at predetermined locations such as local gyms or, when appropriate, in your home. Meeting face-to-face allows for more direct guidance and hands-on techniques, including soft tissue massage, cupping, dry needling, and other manual interventions. These sessions provide the opportunity to combine individualized exercise instruction with skilled manual therapy, offering a comprehensive approach to your care. Whether we are addressing overuse injuries, analyzing movement patterns, developing strength to prevent future setbacks, or taking a broader look at nutrition, hydration, and life balance, in-person visits give us the flexibility to tailor treatment to your unique needs and goals.

Why Cash-Based Services?
Durare Physical Therapy & Wellness is a cash based practice, meaning I do not bill insurance directly. This model allows me to focus entirely on you and your goals, rather than being restricted by what an insurance company dictates.
Insurance often limits the number of visits, the type of treatments covered, and the time I can spend with each patient. By working outside of those constraints, I’m able to provide longer, more personalized sessions, tailor care specifically to your needs, and focus on your performance and recovery—not just on what’s “reimbursable.”
With a cash-based approach, I work for you, not your insurance company. You gain more flexibility, more individualized attention, and the freedom to pursue care that truly supports your long-term health and performance
A Note for Medicare Patients
I can see Medicare patients for wellness, injury-prevention, and general strengthening services on a cash-pay basis. These services are considered non-covered by Medicare and therefore can be provided outside of the insurance system.
However, under Medicare guidelines, I am unable to provide telehealth physical therapy visits or treatment for a medical diagnosis (such as post-surgical rehab or injury care) on a cash basis. Those services fall under Medicare-covered benefits and must be billed through Medicare.
This distinction enables me to support Medicare beneficiaries in achieving their wellness and fitness goals while remaining compliant with federal rules and regulations.
